Application Requirements

• Being a student attending kindergarten, primary school, middle school or high school level
• Create an appointment request at least 15 days before the visit date

1. Review: School officials review the events published on the www.izmirdogalyasamparki.org.tr address and determine the appropriate content for the student group.
2. Application: At least 15 days before the visit date, an appointment request is created via email or phone for the determined event.
3. Evaluation and Approval: Applications received are evaluated according to the appointment calendar and a positive/negative response is provided to the school official.
4. Event Day Information: On the approved day, the group arriving at the park will receive a brief explanation about the feeding and behavior of the animals before the activity. Application: Children's Zoo: In groups of up to 30 children, pygmy goats, Cameroon sheep, rabbits, donkeys, ponies, and guinea pigs are fed. Lemur Sanctuary: Lemurs are fed in groups of up to 10 children at a time.

No. Due to high visitor numbers, feeding activities are not held on weekends and public holidays. Also, individual applications are not accepted; only school groups can benefit.

In order to make the planning easier, applications must be submitted at least 15 days before the planned visit.

Specially prepared food is used by park staff for the health of the animals. Food brought from outside is not accepted.
