1. Application: Our fellow citizens can apply by coming in person to the service unit in Konak, by calling the specified phone numbers, or by calling ALO 153.
2. Document Submission: In face-to-face applications, documents are collected immediately. In applications made by phone, it is requested that documents be brought to the unit if possible; If this is not possible, the documents can be handed over to the teams during the home visit.
3. Home Visit and Inspection: After the application, social investigation teams go to our fellow citizen's home and conduct the necessary inspections.
4. Evaluation: The social investigation report and health documents are evaluated to determine the suitability of the assistance.
5. Delivery and Information: Our fellow citizens whose applications are approved are contacted by phone and informed, and the requested medical supplies are delivered to their residence by municipal teams.
